Unified Meeting 5 (UM5) is a web conferencing service with HD video for seeing those you are meeting with.  It has screen sharing, powerpoint presentations and more. 

Dolby Voice delivers exceptional voice clarity and detail while suppressing distracting noise. As a result, all meeting participants  in the room and remotely will hear and understand one another easier.

Yes, and there is no extra cost for call recording. You’ll have easy access to the recordings via our portal or through a toll-free number. 

Minutes are unlimited but subject to fair use. Fair use is considered an average of less than 1,000 PSTN minutes per named user per month.

In the event your average monthly usage equals 1,000 or more PSTN minutes per names user for any month during the order term, then we may increase the price for each subscription to reflect such use on a prospective basis. 

Record and playback minutes are not included.

For technical support and general help, we have 24/7 toll-free global customer support.

We will assign you a dedicated account manager who will help you get set up and started with the service. Your account manager will provide training, be your main point of contact and go through your first bill with you

As soon as we have received the completed and approved the application form you, we will set up your account. Usually, this takes less than about 24 hours, but could sometimes take as long as 48 hours. Please let us know if you’re in a hurry to get your call organized.

Yes, we have mobile apps for iPhone and Android devices and desktop apps for Mac and PC. The apps allow you to start the call, see who is on the call, dial-out and much more.

Billing Questions

No, we can invoice you monthly. You can register a credit card with us for easier payments if you like.

Yes, of course. There is no charge for emailed invoices. Snail mailed papers invoices will have a small charge.

We can provide summarized or detailed billing. Breaking down each callers time and where they dialed in from. Departmental and Individual billing is available. Invoice can be mailed or you can have access to our billing portal for full account management.
